Kragelund tunic

The Kragelund tunic is a bog find, dated to 1040-1155 (or circa 1100).

The following photo and pattern come from this site: http://www.kostym.cz/Anglicky/1_Originaly/01_Goticke/I_01_30.htm

An alternative pattern can be found here: http://www.forest.gen.nz/Medieval/articles/garments/Kragelund/Kragelund.html

I have adapted this pattern to the size and shape of the client, who is very tall and slim. I have also changed the cut of the neck opening.

(After the initial sewing I noticed that the neck decoration is not symmetrical, it got corrected, don’t worry 😉 )
